Yes, quite right! The most easily made, the well loved recipe that I have been making for, for a while now.
Ribs (I remove membrane), 3-4 lb
Dry rub (1/3 c dark brown sugar, 1 tbsp each (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika), 1 tsp each (salt, pepper, cayenne).
Add the dry rub evenly on the ribs. Place in a slow cooker. Add 1/2 c apple cider vinegar + tbsp Worcestershire sauce mix around the ribs. Slow cooker cooked for 6-8 hours.
Transfer to a baking tray. Baste with 4 tbsp (1 tbsp per pound of ribs), broil on high for 4 mins.
